1- i have the right to decline a commission i am unable to do/ am uncomfortable with doing.2- using/editing my artwork for personal use is permitted (e.g. editing, drawovers, thumbnails) but commercial use is not permitted (e.g. putting the artwork on a shirt and reselling it, reselling in general)3- payment begins after the concept sketch is completed. the payment can be done in instalments if necessary.4- there are no refunds but there is an exception if i am physically unable to finish the product and cannot promise you a final piece

5- feel free to speak friendly or professionally with me however please respect my boundaries.6- prices change when i find there is improvement in my artwork. this does not apply to when a commission is already under progress.7- final costings can sometimes depend on the complexity of your request.8- please be prepared for the possibility of a long turn around time. i do not work around a set time frame unless we have specifically discussed it.

if you decide to commission me then you automatically agree to my terms and conditions. breaching these terms and conditions can give me the right to refuse to work with you any further. you will be given a warning before i put you on a blacklist from ever commissioning me again
